A fabulous find & a little elbow grease

A couple of weeks ago I stumbled upon a cute little gem at Out of the Closet.  This old dark brown sewing table.  The finish was pretty worn and scratched up, which I some times prefer, but I thought this baby had some real potential if it was all cleaned up.  So I gave it a face life.

It was a bit of work, but I had such a blast busting out my power sander, and then staining and varnishing this baby.  Here some photos of the work in progress.  It didn't take long, only two and a half days!

& tuh duh!! I'm absolutely crazy about my little find.
